Live video recording song #ChangeOurGame 27-11 Molenbeek

We cordially invite representatives of all media to publish information and for the full coverage of
the LIVE VIDEO RECORDING of the Change Our Game – song, this Sunday 27 th of November in Brussels, Molenbeek.

It is part of the PlayandPeace Project and has the objective to offer a platform to all citizens of
Brussels to participate and realise the challenge together. During the day there will also be various
moments of live transmission on the ‘PlayAndPeace’ Facebook account. Please find below a list of the participating artists.

For weeks a group of Belgium and Dutch artists have been working together to make a special song for PlayandPeace, called “ChangeOurGame”. The song is a reflection of the strategy Molenbeek made in cooperation with PlayandPeace, and the Johan Cruyff Foundation.

A central theme of the challenge is bringing all people of Brussels and beyond together, and to give them a platform to participate. That is why with realising a special song for the city and Europe all
citizens are invited to join in, and show their commitment to working and living together in peace.

Various sport heroes from Belgium, Minister Fadila Laanan, the Mayor of Molenbeek-Saint- Jean
Françoise Schepmans, Elderman of Sports Ahmed El Khannouss and Elderwoman of Social Cohesion
Sarah Turine will play a central role in the video clip. Also a delegation of the families of the victims of the 22 nd of March will participate in the live video recording at Molenbeek Monument at 14.00 hrs. Also a group of young kids from Amsterdam will join in, as part of an exchange with a group of youngster, who visited them from Molenbeek on the 9 th November in.

The release of the song and video clip will be on the 14 th December during a press conference. It will
also mark the start of a song contest. The YouTube Channel “Change Our Game” will post – after the 14 th December – all incoming video’s for song contest – More information will follow.

The revenues of the song will go to the PlayandPeace challenge for Molenbeek and to the children of the Brussel’ families who were victims of the terroristic attacks at Maalbeek Metro station and at Zaventem Airport.
