On February 28 was the second Cedar Mentoring Day in collaboration WeBate, Ngagement and Bridgizz. The Cedar Mentoring day was in Amsterdam. It has been a success!
In a homely atmosphere were 12 successful entrepreneurs together to pool their efforts for stabbing the future of contemporary youth. These entrepreneurs from Italy, England and the Netherlands have voluntarily deployed to as a role model to young people who in future will occur in their footsteps.
The purpose of Cedar Mentoring Day is to encourage young people to inspire and give their own way into a good future and a good job. The task of the entrepreneurs to mentor these young people and their lives by giving inspiration.
After presenting a round of both the mentors and the youth group was divided in two and get more attention to each individual. Using the Grow Model developed a bond with each mentor a young person to his / her future story to hear and offer support where it was possible.
As the Cedar Mentoring Day has yielded many positive comments in the future this project will be further developed.
