About the Job
Banque Chaabi Du Maroc currently seeking to recruit a Branch Manager for London to deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer service, sales and operational controls.
The successful professional will manage the day to day branch operations, exhibit excellent communications skills with employees and customers, prove sound understanding of retail bank processes and procedures and have a strong commercial understanding. Previous experience in driving forward professional services and sales within the branch must also have been demonstrated.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake required servicing, sales and transactional processing in accordance with set procedures
• Contribute towards the achievement of team performance objectives
• Take active part in team and business development activities and to attend these activities outside normal banking hours if required
• Responsible for Performance Management and training of cashiers
• Manage attendance levels/trends within your team ensuring that company procedures are appropriately applied.
• Agree personal performance and development objectives with your Line Manager.
Retail banking branch management experience
• Fluent in English
• Broad network among the Moroccan Organisation in the UK
• Supervision and team leadership ideally within a retail banking environment
• Familiarity with modern retail banking and knowledge of the regulatory framework.
• Inspirational leader and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Worked in a retail environment with proven customer service and sales skills
• Must be passionate about service quality
• Banking or financial services experience
