Purpose
More than the title may infer, this Office Manager role is a manager of all things Tidy!
You will report directly to the Vice President , and will be accountable to providing administrative and management support to the VP Office to meet the desired corporate objectives with the defined policies and procedures. You will manage multiple agenda’s including that of the VP, and work within ever-changing schedules to ensure no failures and targets are met.
Qualifications
You must have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated success in an executive support function in a service organization reporting to senior leaders or management. Adequate exposure to working in a multicultural organization with proven strengths in communication, diplomacy and tact with internal stakeholders as well as external VIPs, delegates, consultants, etc.... A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a strong analytical view. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project are a Must.
You are required to have very strong planning, organizing and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task is essential to success in this role, along with good judgment, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills. If you are unable to work independently, this role is not for you. Conversely, if you can prove your demonstrated record of taking initiatives, reflecting professionalism and ensuring trust and confidentiality, this role is for you.
You must thrive on attention to detail but not so much that you are unable to successfully manage project teams while exhibiting strong administrative and time management skills. Your English and Arabic knowledge is required and French is an added advantage. A quick learner with strong meeting dictation skills can elevate quickly in this role.
