Perhaps you do make a point regarding that education should be less costly, maybe even free, so as to cater for all social classes in Morocco. However, I do not think that this gives you the right to completely disregard (to quote you, "do not applaud") Mr Miloud Chaabi's incredible effort to ameliorate the educative status in Morocco. This is a great improvement for Morocco and will inshAllah lay foundation for future projects of this calibre. Also, note that by opening this university, Mr Chaabi is not only creating more employment positions, but softening Morocco's present relationship with the United States.
