We would like to invite you to the ‘Ngagement’ gala dinner on 19 December 2009 at the World Fashion Centre, Amsterdam.
Ngagement implies involvement and participation in all aspects of our society.
People are less interested in each other and don’t want to understand each other. This can lead to frustration, mistrust, prejudice and even extremism.
Ngagement wants to make engagement sustainable, creating connections, fight the negative perceptions between natives and immigrants and strengthen the social cohesion between different groups in the Dutch Society. We will do this by finding connections through various ways and activities throughout 2010.
To kick-off this big project we are organizing a gala dinner. The evening will contain all aspects of the Ngagement project. Next to a culinary evening you can expect a divers programme with an international character during which entertainment and stimulating discussions will complement each other.
We will end the evening with a large Christmas after party, organised by Marmoucha, with a thousand and one night feel.
